Payments

You need to pay the licensing fee to be able to accept an order with the Onemove Service. The licensing fee may be charged for a selected time period or for each completed order, depending on your selected city. Payments are recorded in your personal account. Licensing payments for a selected time period are valid from the moment of activation until the selected time period expires. No payments can be refunded to your account, even if you do not complete a single order during the active period.

A licensing payment for a completed order is charged when the vehicle arrives at point A, or when you call the passenger before pressing the "I have arrived" button.

The payment is refunded to your account if the passenger cancels the order or does not appear. In this event, you should click "The passenger didn't come out." Refunds in such cases may take up to 30 days from the time when the order is verified by a manager. If you want to stop using the Mobile App, send a request to delete your account and dissolve the Licensing Agreement from your phone (tablet) via the "feedback" tab in the app. If there are unused funds in your account after you have written us about deleting the Mobile App and dissolving the Licensing Agreement, mail [email protected] a scan of a written request to return the unused funds, together with the details of the bank account to receive the refund. The administrator does not provide cash refunds. The refund will be paid within 10 working days from receipt of your request in writing for a refund of unused funds.
